Learn by doing, with real customers and real targets

Participants work with real customers and targets, and are placed in one of the group’s businesses according to their qualifications and interests.

Where you start is the beginning of a path that can lead to running a business in the group.

02How it works

Four phases

  1. Selection

    Application, screening and a commercial assessment.

  2. Evaluation and development

    A six-month period as an Associate, learning by doing.

  3. Leadership development

    Greater responsibility for high performers.

  4. Deployment

    Possible placement into permanent roles.

Eligibility

  • A relevant degree, diploma or professional qualification
  • Strong communication skills, commercial interest and initiative
  • Willingness to work independently, learn across industries and do customer-facing work
  • Access to your own laptop
